Founded in 2009, our parent company is a leader in the sourcing, import and export of building and construction materials, especially in the Middle East and Africa. With roots tracing back to 2003, the company’s journey began in foodstuff trading in the UAE, building a strong reputation for reliability and excellence across various industries.

Pax Global Moon Shine Private Limited (also known as Moon Shine) was incorporated on October 5, 2018, under the Indian Companies Act 2013, with CIN U51909GJ2018PTC104607. Based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, our own vast office at 3 rd Floor, Broadway Signature, Sevasi, Vadodara 391 101 serves as the central hub for our operations both in India and internationally.
Today, Moon Shine has evolved into a dynamic player in global trade, specializing in the import and export of a diverse range of products from South Asia to the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. Besides, we have expanded into domestic industries, including construction and furniture manufacturing. We provide comprehensive solutions for clients across industries, offering expertise in business advisory, development, SOPs, supply chain management, procurement, and profit centre setup.
Our founder, Mr. Sankar Nair, brings over 21 years of experience in Fortune-500 companies and MNCs, coupled with 22 years of entrepreneurial success. He holds a Postgraduate degree in Commerce, a Diploma in Public Relations & Communications Management, and qualifications in Import & Export. Known for his industrious nature, Mr. Nair is deeply committed to upholding high ethical standards in both his personal and professional life, with a strong focus on contributing positively to society.
